- 200 grams Whipped cream
- 1 packet whipped cream stabilizer
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Oranges
- 2 Tbsps ground almonds
- 2 Tbsps blanched almonds

Preparation steps
1.
Beat the heavy cream with the whipped cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Peel oranges with a sharp knife, carefully removing the skin and pith. Separate each orange section from its skin. Squeeze any juice out of the discarded orange bits into a bowl and add the orange segments to the juice.

Add the orange mixture alternately with the whipped cream into tall, narrow glasses to create several layers. Serve garnished with almonds and ground almonds.
