Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pat dry beef, cut into narrow strips. Rinse and halve beans. Peel carrots and cut into small pieces. Halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs, rinse and cut into thin strips. Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in a large pan and cook meat strips on high heat for 3-4 minutes, remove from the pan and keep warm.

2.

Reduce heat slightly and saute vegetables, stirring, for a few minutes. Add sherry and soy sauce, season with salt, pepper, curry and hoisin sauce. Add vegetable stock and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Whisk cornstarch with a little cold water, add to the vegetables and bring to a boil. Return meat to the pan and add sprouts. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
