- 450 grams Beef fillet (thinly sliced)
- 5 Tbsps Sake
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 tsps cornstarch
- 2 chili peppers (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 stalk Lemongrass (finely chopped)
- 2 carrots (cut into slices)
- 150 grams Snow peas
- 150 grams Baby corn cob
- 5 pancake (cooked the previous day, torn into chunks)
- sesame oil
- 200 grams soybean sprout
- Thai basil
- 1 Tbsp Fish sauce
- Lime juice (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix beef with sake, soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate approximately 1 hour.
2.
Stir-fry lemongrass, garlic and chile pepper in 4 tablespoons oil in a wok over high heat. Gradually add beef, vegetables, pancakes and bean sprouts and stir-fry until vegetables are al dente. Toss with 1 handful Thai basil and season to taste with fish sauce, lime juice and sesame oil.
