450 grams Beef fillet (thinly sliced)
5 Tbsps Sake
3 Tbsps soy sauce
2 tsps cornstarch
2 chili peppers (finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 stalk Lemongrass (finely chopped)
2 carrots (cut into slices)
150 grams Snow peas
150 grams Baby corn cob
5 pancake (cooked the previous day, torn into chunks)
sesame oil
200 grams soybean sprout
Thai basil
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
Lime juice (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix beef with sake, soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate approximately 1 hour.

Stir-fry lemongrass, garlic and chile pepper in 4 tablespoons oil in a wok over high heat. Gradually add beef, vegetables, pancakes and bean sprouts and stir-fry until vegetables are al dente. Toss with 1 handful Thai basil and season to taste with fish sauce, lime juice and sesame oil.
