400 grams turkey breasts
300 grams fresh Bean sprout
2 Red Bell pepper
1 Leek
1 white onion
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 Tbsps light soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
3 tsps cornstarch
freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs, cut into quarters and then into strips. Rinse leeks, trim and cut into rings. Rinse bean sprouts and drain. Peel onion and finely chop. Cut turkey breast into strips and season with salt and pepper.

In a wok (if not available, then in a pan) heat 2 tablespoons oil. Brown meat in the pan, then remove and set aside. Add remaining oil to the pan, add onion and bell peppers and fry while stirring for about 3 minutes.

Add leeks and sprouts and fry for 2 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in a glass of water and pour over vegetables. Add meat, ginger and soy sauce, cook while stirring for about 3 minutes and season with pepper. Serve while hot.
