- 100 grams Snow peas
- 2 yellow Bell pepper
- 2 Bok Choy
- 2 carrots
- 1 handful soybean sprout
- 400 grams Asian Wheat noodle
- 4 Tbsps soybean oil
- 2 tsps Curry powder
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation steps

Rinse snow peas, trim and remove the strings, if desired. Rinse bell peppers, trim and cut into strips. Rinse the bok choy and cut into narrow strips. Peel carrots and cut into matchsticks. Rinse the sprouts and drain well. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.

Heat oil in the wok and add the vegetables. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the noodles, sprinkle with the curry powder and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Then add the sprouts and season with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice. Serve garnished with soy sauce, if desired.
