¾Apple peeled, cored and thickly sliced
0.19 cupsOrange juice
1 ½ tablespoonssugar

Directions

1 Mix together the rhubarb, apples, orange juice and sugar in a pan.
2 Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes, until the fruit is tender.
3 Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Spoon into serving glasses.
