- 1 kilogram waxy Potatoes
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- ground paprika
- 4 Beef steaks
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 40 grams grated Parmesan
- 40 grams grated Fresh mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons Canola oil
Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges. Mix with oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. Spread on a lined with parchment paper baking pan and roast in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Rinse steaks and pat dry. Rinse tomatoes, cut off stalks and slice. Mix two cheeses.
Heat oil in a pan and sear steaks for about 2 minutes per side, season with salt and pepper. Top each steak with 2 slices of tomato, slice of ham and cheese. Cook, covered, for about 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
Arrange potatoes with steaks on plates. Serve with fresh salad, if desired.
