1 tsp Caraway
3 tsps sweet ground paprika
½ tsp Chili powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried oregano

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and quarter the potatoes. Place in a bowl.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix the caraway, paprika, chile powder, rosemary and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with the olive oil. Mix the oil and spices thoroughly with the potatoes.

4.

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until crispy. Turn over from time to time.

5.

Serve with different dips, such as cream cheese, chutney and sour cream.
