Sprout Sandwich with Cream Cheese and Fresh Pineapple
Peel pineapple, cut in half lengthwise and cut flesh from around core. Cut pineapple strips crosswise into very thin slices.
Spread about 6 tablespoons of cream cheese in a thick layer over 4 slices of bread. Sprinkle with curry powder. Place sprouts, pineapple and sliced meat on bread. Spread a thin layer of remaining cream cheese over remaining bread slices and place on top of sandwich. To serve, cut in half and arrange on a plate.
