8 slices Whole Wheat Bread (about 40 g)
8 tablespoons cream cheese (with buttermilk)
Curry powder
80 grams Sprout (such as alfalfa)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel pineapple, cut in half lengthwise and cut flesh from around core. Cut pineapple strips crosswise into very thin slices.

Spread about 6 tablespoons of cream cheese in a thick layer over 4 slices of bread. Sprinkle with curry powder. Place sprouts, pineapple and sliced meat on bread. Spread a thin layer of remaining cream cheese over remaining bread slices and place on top of sandwich. To serve, cut in half and arrange on a plate.
