- 8 ozs frozen Spinach
- 5 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 3 ½ ozs cooked potatoes
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 18 ozs Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- cayenne pepper (and salt)
- 3-4 tsp Caper
Preparation steps
1.
Thaw the spinach for 10 minutes, then break apart. Place the spinach in the blender, then top with the cream.

Peel the potato and mash with a fork. Peel the garlic. Add the potato and yogurt to the blender. Pass the garlic through a press into the blender.

Puree the mixture on low speed, then increase the speed to high. Process the mixture until smooth. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Add the capers to the spinach mixture, and stir until combined. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
