50 grams raisins
2 Tbsps Pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Soak raisins in a bowl with 50 grams (approximately 2 ounces) water. Rinse spinach and trim. Heat spinach briefly in a pot of boiling water, drain, rinse with cold water, drain again in a colander and squeeze liquids from leaves.

Heat 3-4 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet,  melt 2 tablespoons of butter in it. Cut 2 cloves of garlic in half and saute over low heat until golden brown. Remove garlic from the pan.

Add spinach to the pan and fry while stirring. Drain raisins, mix with spinach, cook for 10 minutes while stirring and season with salt and pepper. Finally add two tablespoons pine nuts, mix and serve immediately.
