- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bunch scallions (trimmed and roughly chopped)
- 3 cups extra firm Tofu (cut into cubes)
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp Corn starch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
- ¾ cup unsalted Peanuts (or cashews)
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the sesame oil in a wok. Add the spring onions and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the tofu, and stir fry for 1 minute until heated through.
3.
Add the dark soy sauce sauce, chilli sauce and cornflour mixture.
4.
Add 1 tbsp of water and cook until the sauce thickens. Toss in the peanuts or cashews and serve.
