2 red chili peppers (seeded and finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and crush in a mortar with a little salt to form a paste. Mix 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil with the garlic, the parsley, the chili, and the salt to make a marinade.
