3 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
2 red chile peppers (seeded and finely chopped)
2 garlic

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and crush in a mortar with a little salt to form a paste. Mix 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil with the garlic, the parsley, the chili, and the salt to make a marinade.

Skewer the shrimp lengthwise individually. Drizzle with the marinade, and set aside for 1 hour. Cook on a gas or charcoal grill until golden brown.
