- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 0.333 cup plain Yogurt
- ¼ Tbsp English mustard
- ¼ Tbsp tomato puree
- ¼ tsp ground Cardamom
- ½ tsp ground cilantro
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 2 skinless, boneless Chicken breasts (cut into pieces)

Product recommendation
If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before using, to avoid burning.
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, lime juice, yoghurt, mustard and tomato puree. Stir in the cardamom, coriander, cumin, turmeric, chilli and cloves.

Add the chicken, stir well, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Heat the grill.

Cover a grill pan with foil. Remove the chicken from the marinade, thread onto 8 metal or wooden skewers and place on the grill pan
5.
Push the chicken Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning them frequently.
6.
Serve with salad and sprinkle with the chives and coconut.
