600 grams waxy potatoes

1 Tbsp sweet ground paprika
3 sprigs rosemary
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Scrub the potatoes and cut into wedges. Season potatoes with salt, pepper and paprika, mix well and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Rinse the rosemary, shake dry, pluck the needles and spread over the potatoes.

2.

Drizzle with oil and bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Transfer from baking sheet to a platter and serve.
