- 1 kilogram potatoes
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the potatoes and cut into wedges. Mix the lemon juice, chile powder, curry powder and olive oil. Mix with the potatoes. Spread the potatoes on a lined baking sheet. Season with salt. Bake for about 40 minutes, until golden brown. Stir periodically. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
