2 Tbsps Pastry flour
vegetable oil (for frying)

½ tsp ground paprika

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cut lengthwise into slices. Blanch in salt water for 6-8 minutes. Drain well. Pat dry with paper towel and sprinkle with flour.

2.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 170°C (approximately 350°F). Fry the potato wedges for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Serve immediately.
