2 red chili peppers
2 Tbsps sunflower oil
250 milliliters Vinegar
400 grams sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mango, cut the fruit from the stone, and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the pineapple. Peel the nectarine, and cut in half. Remove the seeds and finely dice. 

2.

Finely dice the chili pepper. Add all the ingredients to a pot, and simmer for 1 hour over medium heat. Fill the prepared jars with the chutney, seal tightly, and cool completely.
