Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mangoes, and remove the fruit from the seed. Rinse the chili peppers, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and membranes, and finely chop.

Add the mango and chili to a blender with the rice vinegar, orange juice, and lime juice. Puree completely, and season to taste with salt.
