2 Tomatoes
2 Limes
½ bunch fresh cilantro

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onion and finely chop. Rinse the chiles, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and mince.

Cut an "X" in the base of each tomato, blanch, peel, quarter, core and cut into cubes. Peel the avocados, cut in half lengthwise, pit and mash the flesh. Halve the limes and squeeze the juice into the mashed avocado mixture. Rinse the cilantro, shake dry, finely chop the leaves and mix into the avocado mixture along with the tomatoes, onion and chiles. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the tortilla chips.
