2 tsps honey
Grated zest and juice of ½ Oranges
125 grams Camembert and green peppers (-cheese)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve figs. In a pan, heat vinegar with sambal oelek, honey, orange zest and orange juice. Add figs and stir well.

2.

Remove figs from marinade. With a zester, remove orange zest in fine strips. Cut Camembert into triangles. Place a triangle of cheese on each fig and secure with a toothpick. Drizzle with marinade and top with zest.
