- 125 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps dry sherry
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 1 tsp finely chopped Lemon balm
- salt
- freshly ground white peppers
- Lemon balm (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Remove the rind from the gorgonzola, and puree with the yogurt and sherry. Mix in the chives and lemon balm. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
