- 4 Asian pears (gourmet markets)
- 200 grams Full-fat yogurt
- 100 grams Quark
- 150 grams Gorgonzola
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- Basil (for garnish)
- white bread (toasted, for serving)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, quarter and remove cores from Asian pears. Cut pears into wedges and sprinkle with half of the lemon juice.
2.
Mix yogurt with quark. Crush Gorgonzola with a fork and stir into quark mixture. Season with salt, pepper and remaining lemon juice and garnish with basil. Serve Asian pear wedges with Gorgonzola dip.
3.
Serve with toasted bread.
