- 125 grams Spelt berries
- 1 scallion
- ¼ paprika
- 2 carrots
- 100 grams Crème fraiche
- 2 lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped Fresh herbs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp granulated Broth

Preparation steps
1.
Peel carrots. Cook spelt and the carrots in boiling water with the broth until soft, about 20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2.
Cut the scallions, bell pepper and carrots into small pieces and add to the spelt.
3.
Season the crème fraîche with lemon juice and salt and pepper and mix with the spelt. Garnish with bell peppers and chopped herbs.
