- 4 Tbsps bell pepper paste
- 200 grams light cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps Buttermilk
- salt
- freshly ground cayenne pepper
- 2 scallions
- 1 Tbsp Cress
- 80 grams mixed Sprout (such as radish, bean)
- 200 grams Cucumber
- 4 slices Spelt bread

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the bell pepper paste with cream cheese and buttermilk. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
2.
Trim, rinse and finely chop scallions. Stir scallions into the cream cheese along with the cress. Fold in 2/3 of the sprouts.
3.
Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices.
4.
Top bread with cucumber slices and spread with the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining sprouts.
