- 2 Spelt rolls
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- Red basil
- 150 grams cream cheese (or Quark)
- Purslane
- salt
- white peppers
- For Hirsegrüßtze
- 6 Tbsps Millet flake
- 250 milliliters Vegetable broth
Preparation steps

Halve the rolls crosswise, and spread with the creamcheese. Lightly season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the sesame seeds, and garnish with the rinsed purslane and basil leaves.

For the grits, bring the broth a boil in a pot. Stir in the millet flakes and simmer for 2 minutes. Place into 2 bowls, and let soak for 5 minutes. Serve the grits with the bread.
