250 grams Spaghetti
salt
100 grams lean, cooked ham
125 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 tsp vegetable oil
150 grams peas
150 grams Crème fraiche
3 medium eggs
freshly ground pepper
50 grams freshly grated Parmesan
Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salt water until al dente. Drain well. Cut the ham into strips. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Grease a baking dish with oil. Spread the pasta, peas, ham and tomatoes in the baking dish. Whisk the creme fraiche with the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Remove from the oven and serve sprinkled with basil.
