- 4 boneless Pork chop
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 tsp peppers
- ½ tsp Ginger powder
- 1 Red onion (sliced)
- ¼ cup water
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tsp Thai Fish sauce
- To garnish
- chopped cilantro

Preparation steps
1.
Put the chops in a shallow dish.

Mix together the soy sauce, water, garlic, pepper and ginger and pour over the chops. Marinate for at least 4 hours. Drain the chops, discarding the marinade.

Heat the grill.

Grill the onion slices and chops for 4-6 minutes on each side until cooked.
5.
Cook the broccoli in salted boiling water for 4 minutes until cooked.
6.
Mix together the remaining ingredients in a blender until almost smooth. Serve with the broccoli and chops. Garnish with coriander.
