- 200 grams cream cheese
- 200 grams Quark

- 2 tsps Lemon peel (zest)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- Tabasco sauce
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 oval Sandwich bread (White bread, 500 grams)
- 1 bunch Cress
- 250 grams Smoked salmon (in slices)
Preparation steps

Rinse the radishes, pat dry, and cut into slices.

Beat the cream cheese, cottage cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, tobacco, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Slice the bread, leaving the crust on.
4.
Cut the watercress with scissors.
5.
Spread the bread with the cream cheese. Layer the radishes, salmon, and watercress. Serve as desired.
