Preparation steps

Rinse the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into sticks. Mix mustard with mayonnaise and honey.

Lay plastic wrap on the work surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Lay bread on top and roll flat with a rolling pin so that the sesame adheres. Prepare all bread in this manner, then spread the side without sesame seeds with mustard cream and top with the salmon.
