4 Tbsps cream cheese
1 tsp freshly grated Horseradish

1 yellow onion
4 hard-boiled eggs
8 slices Toast
150 grams smoked Salmon

Preparation steps

1.

Combine the mayonnaise with the cream cheese and horseradish. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Peel the eggs and cut into slices.

Brown the bread in a toaster. Brush all the bread slices lightly with the cream cheese and distribute the salmon, the egg slices and onions over 4 slices. Place the remaining toast slices on top and halve the sandwiches diagonally before serving.

3.

If desired, serve with 2 halves on top of each other and fastened with a toothpick.
