50 grams Salmon

Preparation steps

1.

Cut lids off of the soft-boiled eggs. Carefully remove the yolks with a teaspoon. Puree yolks with creme fraiche and smoked salmon and season with salt and pepper. Place mixture in a piping bag with a star tip and pipe into the hollowed eggs.

Serve with toasted bread, if desired.
