- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 ripe Avocados
- 2 shallots (finely diced)
- 1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Drop the tomatoes into boiling water for a few seconds, then skin, deseed and dice finely.
2.
Peel the avocados, halve lengthwise and remove the stone. Finely dice the flesh. Alternatively, cut off the top third of the avocado and remove the flesh and the stone with a spoon. Then they can be stuffed later.
3.
Mash the avocado with a fork and mix thoroughly with the lime juice, chopped shallots, chopped chilli and diced tomato.
4.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and spoon into the hollowed-out avocado shells.
5.
Serve with tortilla chips.
