1 Knife, 1 Skillet, 1 Grater

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and garlic and cut into small dice. Wash and grate the carrot. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, garlic, carrot, and meat, and fry over high heat for 5-8 minutes. Add tomato paste and fry briefly.

Season with salt, pepper, and herbs of Provence. Pour in the stock and let it simmer at low heat for about ten minutes.

3.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain in a sieve and leave to drain.

4.

Meanwhile, wash parsley, shake dry and chop leaves. Serve the pasta sprinkled with the sauce and parsley.
