- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 100 grams Parsnips
- 1 Zucchini
- ½ bunch marjoram
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 300 grams Ground meat
- 800 grams crushed Tomatoes (canned)
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 500 grams macaroni

Preparation steps

Peel and chop the onion. Peel the carrot and parsnip. Rinse zucchini, and cube all vegetables in 1/2 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) cubes. Rinse and shake dry the marjoram, and set aside. Chop any remaining vegetables. Fry the vegetables with the onions in oil. Add the ground beef and cook until crumbly, then pour in the tomatoes and let it boil for 10-15 minutes, or until creamy. Combine the cream and marjoram and season with salt, pepper and sugar.

Cook the macaroni, according to the package, in plenty of salted water until al dente, then drain and mix immediately with the sauce. Serve with the marjoram garnish that you previously set aside.
