- breadcrumbs (for the glasses)
- 100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
- 6 eggs
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 250 grams butter
- 220 grams sugar
- 200 grams Walnut

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F). Grease the glasses and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
2.
Chop the chocolate and melt over a hot water bath. Separate the eggs and beat the whites with the lemon juice until stiff. Cream the butter with the sugar until smooth. Gradually add the egg yolks and add the cooled chocolate. Chop half of the walnuts coarsely, and grind the remaining finely. Mix the flour with the chopped and ground nuts, then mix into the batter. Fold in the egg whites, then pour the batter into the glasses and bake for about 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
