2 Tbsps cocoa powder
250 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Boil the milk with the sugar and the slit vanilla pod. Remove from the heat and leave for about 10 minutes. Beat the yolks and the eggs in a bowl and pour into the vanilla milk through a sieve. Beat over a hot water bath until creamy, then take from the heat. Chop the chocolate finely and stir in until it has melted. Mix in the cocoa powder. Stir the cream until cold (possibly over a cold water bath). Beat the cream until stiff and fold in. Distribute in small jars and let freeze for about 2 hours. Insert a wooden stick into the center of each and let completely freeze, about 2 further hours.
