- 1 Chicken breast (approx. 160 g)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 Tortillas
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 handful Arugula
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 yellow pepper (cut into strips)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper.
2.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat on a low heat for around 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan, leave to rest for a few minutes and then cut into strips.
3.
Dry roast the tortillas in a pan for around 30 seconds on each side. Spread with cream cheese and top with the rocket, tomatoes, chicken, pepper and egg. Fold up the bottom edge and then roll up from the sides.
