- 300 grams Chicken breasts
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 small Bell pepper (yellow, red and green)
- 1 Red onion
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Chili powder
- 120 grams sour Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 fresh garlic clove
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 4 Whole-wheat tortillas

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chicken, pat dry and chop. Rinse and halve the tomatoes, cut out stems and dice into small cubes. Rinse and halve the peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Peel and halve the onion and cut into thin strips.

Saute the chicken in a hot pan. Add the onion and saute until slightly golden brown. Add the tomatoes and peppers and remove from the heat. Stir in the oregano and season with salt, pepper and chilli powder.

Mix the sour cream with the parsley. Crush the peeled garlic, season with lemon juice. and stir into the sour cream.
4.
Warm the tortillas in a dry pan. Top each with the chicken and vegetable filling, drizzle with sour cream, roll up and serve.
