- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 small red paprika
- 1 little yellow paprika
- 2 Tbsps Surimi (sliced)
- green Olives (pitted)
- 1 green chili pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- Pineapple
- Red pepper flakes
- salt
- scallions

Preparation steps
1.
For the dip: Mix the mayonnaise and creme fraiche until smooth. Season with salt. Sprinkle with chives.
2.
Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and fill with dip as desired.
3.
Thread the remaining ingredients on wooden skewers and season with salt and chili powder to taste. Serve with the dip.
