1 Tbsp butter
6 Shrimp tails
salt

75 grams Orange marmalade
4 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Cut 2 slices from the orange and squeeze juice from remaining orange. Heat butter in a pan and cook shrimp tails on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Combine marmalade, 2 tablespoons of orange juice and lemon juice and bring to a boil, stirring. Add shrimp to the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Arrange on plates and garnish with orange slices.

Sprinkle with chives and serve. If desired, serve with baguette.
