Grilled Shrimp with Sauce
- 600 grams shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- Fat (for baking sheet)
- 2 garlic
- 3 scallions
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
Preheat the oven to grill setting. Rinse the shrimp, pat dry and place on a greased baking sheet. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Rinse the scallions, shake dry and cut into thin rings.
Combine the garlic, scallions and sesame seeds with the oil, coat the shrimp and cook for 5-8 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once. For the sauce, peel the garlic and press. Combine garlic, spices, soy sauce, tomato paste, the oil and the sesame seeds and serve alongside the grilled shrimp.
