Healthy, because

Even smarter

The shrimps score points with their high iodine content. We need this trace element for a well-functioning thyroid gland, which plays a central role in metabolism. The seafood is also rich in protein and low in fat. The wholemeal pasta provides satiating carbohydrates and at the same time minerals for various metabolic processes in our body.

A balanced diet includes vegetables. This is missing in the pasta with shrimps, so serve a mixed leaf salad as a side dish or serve a delicious tomato soup as an appetizer. If the pasta should be a little less caloric, replace part of the linguine with vegetable noodles. To do this, cut zucchini or carrots into thin noodles with a peeler and add them to the water during the last two minutes of cooking the pasta.
