400 grams Spaghetti
salt
peppers (from the mill)
16 shrimp (ready to cook)
1 garlic clove
2 Limes (cut in eighths)
juice of Limes
6 Tbsps olive oil
1 Red onion

Preparation steps

1.

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water.

Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and olive oil and fry for about 3 minutes on each side. Peel and press the garlic into the pan. Stir and sauteé for a few minutes. Remove all from the pan and keep warm.

3.

Peel the onion, cut in half lengthwise, then cut into very thin half-rings.

4.

Mix lime juice with salt and pepper, onion rings and limes. Fold sauce into the spaghetti.

Serve the spaghetti with the shrimp on plates and garnish with tarragon leaves.
