- 400 grams Spaghetti
- 16 shrimp (Ready to cook)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 130 grams Arugula
- 1 onion
- ⅛ l white wine
- ⅛ l Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse arugula, shake dry and finely chop. Peel and finely chop onion. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water, according to package directions. Drain.

Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add shrimp and fry, stirring, 2 minutes. Remove shrimp from pan. Add onions to pan and cook until softened. Add wine and simmer until slightly reduced. Add cream, bring to a boil and stir in arugula. Cook over low heat, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with spaghetti on plates.
