200 grams shrimp (cooked and peeled)
1 Pineapple
100 grams acid Whipped cream
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp Wasabi
1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
lemon juice
Tabasco sauce

¼ head Iceberg lettuce
white Toast
parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the shrimp in cold water and drain well. Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise, sugar, wasabi and parsley. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper and then mix with the drained shrimp. Cover and refrigerate.

Meanwhile, rinse the iceberg lettuce, drain and cut into strips. Put the salad in a bowl and arrange the shrimp cocktail on top. Garnish with parsley and serve with toasted white bread.
