1 cup Yogurt (0.1% fat)
150 grams Mayonnaise (from a jar)
lemons (juice)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel pineapple thoroughly and cut into quarters. Cut out the tough inner core. Peel eggs and cut into quarters. Cut pineapple into thin strips and add to a bowl along with the eggs, shrimp and capers.

2.

Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice together and season with salt, pepper and hot-pepper sauce to taste. Mix with the prepared ingredients and garnish with beet greens.
