1 sm can Pineapple
200 grams shrimp (cooked)
2 Tbsps Caper
1 cup Yogurt (0.1% fat)
150 grams Mayonnaise (from a jar)
1 lemon (juiced)
1 Tbsp Curry powder
salt (and pepper)
Tabasco sauce
Lettuce

Preparation steps

1.

Peel eggs and cut into quarters. Drain pineapple slices and cut into thin sticks. Mix pineapple in a bowl with shrimp, capers and eggs.

2.

Mix yogurt in a bowl with mayonnaise and lemon juice and season to taste with salt, pepper and hot-pepper sauce. Mix yogurt mixture with remaining ingredients and then mix with pineapple mixture. Serve garnished with lettuce leaves. Serve with a baguette if desired.
