1 ½ kilograms Pork ribs (divided by the butcher into individual ribs)
2 Oranges
3 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
2 Tbsps sunflower oil
2 Tbsps honey
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
6 mild, red chili peppers
4 scallions (only the green)

Preparation steps

Rinse the pork ribs, pat dry, place in boiling water and simmer for about 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, zest one orange. Squeeze both oranges, mix the juice and the orange zest with soy sauce, tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of oil, honey and ginger. Remove the pork chops, drain and while still hot, pour over the marinade. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Preheat the oven broiler.

Then, place the pork chops on a baking sheet, drizzle the marinade and broil in the oven for about 10 minutes until a light crust has formed, watching carefully. Rinse the chiles, rinse and trim the scallions and cut into 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) long pieces. Sprinkle together on the ribs and broil for another 5-10 minutes. Serve.
