Preparation steps

1.

Beat eggs with cream and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon zest. Heat butter in a nonstick frying pan. Add eggs and cook over low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes.

Divide scrambled eggs among egg cups and garnish as desired with cress, cocktail shrimp, capers, green pepper, herbs, tomatoes, salmon caviar, and lemon wedges.
